You can choose how documents will print together in the advanced printing options when uploading the document.
The most cost-effective option is to allow Docmail to print on both sides of the paper (Duplex printing).
If a mailing contains more than one document and duplex is selected, Docmail will print all of the documents back-to-back.
If you select the tick box options ‘Can this document begin on the back of another document’ or ‘can another document begin on the back of this document’, this will allow for back to back printing.
If you need the documents to be separated, for example if you are sending out a questionnaire or reply slip, you need to unselect these options (we call this simplex).
