How to set default mailing options
You can set default mailing options for your whole account against each product that we offer.
To set this you will need to navigate to Admin>Default mailing options (this is located in the ‘Account’ box on the admin page).
Select the product type you wish to set the default options for. This will then bring up a list of the options that you can select or hide.
If you do not want specific options to be available for your mailings these can be hidden.
The options you can hide are:
- Black and white printing
- Colour printing
- Simplex printing
- Duplex printing
- Despatch options (ASAP/Specific date)
- Delivery service
- Envelope preference
