Making a payment on my Docmail account

Learn how to quickly and easily make payments on your Docmail account.

Docmail is a pay as you go service. All mailings are paid for at the time of the order via credit/debit card or via Top up credit on your account. 

We do offer invoicing as an option, it's subject to certain criteria. Please contact our support team for more information on this.  

At Docmail we accept the following payment types:

Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, V Pay, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro and BACS payments.

Making a BACS transfer to Docmail:

Please see below our BACS details to make a payment to Docmail:

Bank Address: Virgin Money, 12th Floor, Temple Point, 1 Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5YB.

BACS transfers will take up to 3 working days to clear in our account.

Once you have made the payment, please email customersupport@cfh.com confirming the amount you have paid, the expected date the payment will come to us, your Docmail account number starting with ZDM, your Docmail account name.

Once we have processed this payment on your account you will receive an email confirming this.

How to Top-Up

If you wish to add credit to your account via a card payment you can Top-up under Admin>Top-up Account. 

You can either pick one of the standard amounts we have by clicking on the amount, or enter your own amount in the other amount option and clicking Top-up my account. This will then redirect you to our secure payment page to input your card details.

Please note: once you have used this method of Top-up we are unable to refund the amount to your account and the funds must be used within 24 months.
