You will then need to select the address name format for Docmail to use by clicking on the format that you would like.
Click into the box showing your preferred name and address format to select it.
Address name prefix:
Use this box to add a prefix to the address e.g. ‘To the parent/guardian of’.
Click ‘Next’ to import and validate the addresses.
