Last top-up
Admin> My account activity (this is located in the ‘Mailing’ box on the admin page).
It shows all of the payment transactions that have taken place on your Docmail account. You can see your Account balance and input dates to refine your search to see activity for a particular period.
Order history
All orders that have been processed on your Docmail account will show here. This will provide the date and time, order reference, status of order and the cost of the mailing. You can input dates and refine your search for a specific period.
Remaining balance – Current Top up balance
There are two places to check your remaining balance:
Admin> My account activity and Admin>Top-up account
