Add backgrounds and letterheads

Learn how to create effective and professional-looking documents by adding backgrounds and letterheads.

You can add your letterheads (backgrounds) to your Docmail Library.

Then simply select them in your order, when you would like us to print them.

Log into your account here

Select “LIBRARY”, then “Backgrounds”.

Select the document size of the background you would like to upload.

Click on “Add NEW document Background”.

Name your document.

Upload the file from your own computer.

Add a password if you need one.

Restrict the use if you don't want other users on your account to have access.

Select “Next”.

Your background can be viewed in your Library and is ready for use on your mailings.
